DEHNguard EZ50-S offers protection for modern electrical installations

The DEHNguard EZ50-S is engineered for both outdoor and indoor installations. The robust enclosure, specifically designed to endure hard outdoor conditions, offers reliable protection against environmental factors and meets NEMA 4X and UL50E Type 4X standards. 

Featuring globally recognized MOV technology with thermal sensing disconnection, the SPD offers a maximum discharge current rating of 50 kA (8/20 µs) per phase. It is UL 1449 5th Edition approved with a short circuit current rating SCCR of 200 kA and requires no additional overcurrent protection. 

Designed for easy maintenance and installation, the compact DEHNguard EZ50-S comes with 10 AWG, 36" long cables for straightforward connections and flexible mounting options. The SPD is prewired for streamlined installation and features visual status indicators for simple monitoring and maintenance. The field-replaceable plug-in modules allow for quick and easy maintenance without the need to disconnect power, reducing downtime and minimizing the total cost of ownership.
